Assistant Director Of Nursing RN - The Gardens at West Shore

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing RN for a 269-bed skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Nursing Service Department's operations.
• Participate in resident admissions.
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment and medications.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe resident care.
• Collaborate with physicians and assist in care planning.

Qualifications:

• Current RN License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory experience in long-term care.
