Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in managing the nursing department and maintaining quality care standards.

Apply OBRA Regulations and adult learning principles in staff education.

Support regulatory compliance and effective communication among nursing staff.

Promote positive employee relations and ongoing staff training.

Oversee educational program integrity and mentor employees for career advancement.

Position Requirements:

Minimum one year of long-term or acute healthcare experience preferred.

At least two years of nursing supervisory experience required.

Current RN license in the state of practice.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Certified CPR instructor.
