Job Summary:

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the management of nursing operations

Supervising nursing staff and conducting performance evaluations

Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Participating in staff training and development

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed RN with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
