• Help the DON oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Help manage nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Help implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and medical terminology.
• Provide training and support to nursing staff on EHR systems and nursing administration practices.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of physiology and nurse management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
