The Assistant Director of Nursing will support the Director in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing nursing staff and schedules

Implement and evaluate nursing policies and procedures

Conduct staff training and development programs

Monitor patient care standards and outcomes

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient services

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA

Previous nursing leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
