Assistant Director of Nursing - Elm Crest Manor

Elm Crest Manor is looking for a compassionate and responsible employee to join our team in the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. Job duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluting and directing the day to day operations of the nursing services department in the facility in accordance with current state and federal laws.  Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures as well as have familiarity with regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term care.  Must have a current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.  History of managerial/supervisor experience in long term care is preferred.
