Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled nurse leader with a strong background in geriatric care.

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Supervise and support the nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence in patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance quality of care.
• Coordinate and participate in staff training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an ADON or in a similar leadership role.
• Specialization: Geriatric care experience is mandatory.
• Licensure: Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Florida.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
