The ideal Assistant Director of Nursing candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about policies and regulations. Responsibilities include:

Managing nursing department programs and operations.

Assisting the Director of Nursing in maintaining quality care.

Delegating responsibilities to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors.

Requirements include:

Registered Nurse with a current state license.

Minimum of three years nursing experience.

Management experience preferred.

Current CPR certification.
