Description: The ADON assists the Director of Nursing in managing care delivery by licensed and non-licensed staff. Responsibilities include overseeing occupational health, staff development, infection control, and safety programs. The role involves data collection, incident report evaluation, and facilitating staff training and competency assessments.

Qualifications:

• Registered nurse, licensed in Minnesota
• Knowledge of safety regulations and infection control
• Interest in teaching staff
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn
• Flexible working hours and ability to work independently
• Pass a criminal background check

Preferred: Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or assisted living.
