We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and exceptional Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our skilled nursing facility team. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a knack for inspiring others, we want to hear from you!

 Job Description

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing, stepping in during their absence.
• Foster a safe and healthy work environment that prioritizes high-quality resident care.
• Lead with positivity, cultivating a culture of engagement and professional growth.
• Oversee and support nursing staff, ensuring optimal performance and resident care.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff and management.
• Attend and supervise weekly wound rounds.
• Play a vital role in facility surveys and compliance efforts.
• Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, residents, and their families.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Proven experience in long-term care (a must).
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
