Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, documentation requirements, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor the quality and effectiveness of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enhance clinical competency and confidence.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to achieve company goals and objectives, promoting a patient-centered approach to care delivery.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in home health or community-based care settings, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations, reimbursement requirements, and best practices in clinical care delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant technology.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
