Your Role:
As ADON, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to:

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations with a focus on clinical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing team to encourage professional growth.
• Develop and implement policies that elevate the quality of care provided.
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years as an ADON
• Specialization: Experience in skilled nursing care, with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes
• Licensure: Current, active RN license in Florida
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities

Very Important:

• Must be actively working as an ADON currently
• Must be presently employed in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
