About the Job
Impact & Responsibilities: Responsible for the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and activities that serve to enhance student recruitment efforts and increase student enrollment; charged with increasing the local, state and regional awareness of the university, in addition to strengthening the overall UNI brand; oversees the University's advertising and media buys, managing the relationship with UNI's agency, in addition to analyzing data and metrics to maximize ROI; partners closely with members of the campus marketing community to ensure cohesion of marketing strategy and tactics; coordinates with the University Relations communications team to strategically boost content to targeted markets; and oversees assigned staff who manage community events and UNI's mascot program.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business, communications, or related field; at least five years of combined experience in digital analytics, brand development, and/or marketing/communication campaign development and planning; and experience with CRM tools.
Preferred: Master's degree; experience with Salesforce and/or Datorama; budgeting experience; and experience in marketing special events/outreach coordination.
