The Primary Clinic and Ambulatory business manager will create sustainable budgets. This will require the Assistant Director to oversee billing, coding, and reimbursement processes to ensure best practices, accuracy, and regulation compliance. This healthcare administrator will need familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and multiple other healthcare technologies. Emotional intelligence, communication, and organization are equally important in this fast-paced environment. A problem-solver and team player's personality will fit the position and organization well.
