Assistant Dietary Director UP TO $55,000 - Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Food Service Director to assist the Dietary Director with the daily functioning of dining in the facility. The ideal candidate will provide support and direction to the dietary staff, assist with supervising meal planning, production, and delivery for all the food services in the facility. This person will also ensure that the facility is up to standard in health and food regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current food service sanitation license required
• Experience in food services in the Healthcare Industry
• At least one-year supervisory experience preferred
