We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative leader to help elevate our members' dining experiences to new levels of excellence. In return, we offer competitive pay of $70,000 - $80,000 annually ($28.50/hour with guaranteed overtime) and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

THE ROLE
As an Assistant Cook - Chef, your day begins by ensuring that all ingredients and stations are prepared to our exacting standards. Collaborating closely with the chef of restaurants, you lead by example, overseeing the team through each service to deliver exceptional dishes that exceed expectations. With responsibilities spanning from menu development to managing both a la carte and banquet services, you bring a balance of creativity and consistency, ensuring a seamless culinary experience. Your role is pivotal in upholding quality, training staff, and maintaining an organized, efficient kitchen environment.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTANT COOK - CHEF
- Culinary degree or an equivalent associate degree
- +2 years working with pre-fix tasting menus and daily amuse-bouche
- 2+ years of fine dining experience
- 3+ years in a leadership role within a diversified kitchen (banquets and restaurant operations)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Passion for culinary excellence and ability to lead with integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a member and guest club environment
- Spanish-speaking skills
SCHEDULE & LOCATION
