Are you an experienced fund accounting professional looking to step into a high-impact role with a forward-thinking organization? We’re partnering with an innovative venture capital firm that has redefined the industry by blending product innovation with data science to create investment opportunities across traditional and crypto funds.

As their Assistant Controller, you’ll join a dynamic finance team and play a critical role in managing relationships with their Venture Capital team, fund administrators, auditors, and tax preparers. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the Finance & Ops liaison for the Venture team.
• Manage the portfolio company valuation process.
• Oversee the fund administrator, ensuring smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements and audits.
• Coordinate with tax advisors on year-end K1s and investor communications.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and projects that drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fund accounting experience, ideally within a Venture Capital or Private Equity environment
• Strong modeling skills
• Experience in valuation and a CPA qualification are highly desirable
