- Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee the financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting or related roles.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Experience in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
