Job Details

As a Director of Finance / Accounting Supervisor on our team, we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience); CPA or CMA designation preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in contract and/or construction accounting preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and familiarity with contract and construction industry accounting standards (percentage of completion method and completed contract method).
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent; experience with QuickBooks Online and Dash project software is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and perform data analysis.
Willingness to commute to Honolulu 5 days per week
