Job Details

Specific Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting: Regularly update and ensure compliance of financial reports with accounting standards. Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports for upper management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budget proposals, conduct expenditure forecasting, and provide variance analysis to support strategic financial decisions.
Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and manage the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in accounting practices.
Operational Excellence: Audit and enhance accounting processes for efficiency, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial data.

Job Requirements:

Advanced Financial Analysis: Proficiency in creating and interpreting financial statements to guide strategic decision-making.

-Expertise in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online: Skilled in utilizing Excel and QuickBooks Online for financial modeling, data analysis, and automation of tasks.

Comprehensive Knowledge of U.S. GAAP: Deep understanding of GAAP principles and their application in financial reporting.
Experience with Financial Close Processes: Control the financial close process, ensuring accurate representation of financial periods.
Management and Leadership: Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and develop the accounting team.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for articulating financial information to diverse stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in tracking and recording financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities for prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks.
Critical Thinking: Demonstrate ability to analyze complex problems, think creatively, and propose innovative solutions.
