About the Opportunity
- Will perform the accounting, including preparing schedules and journal entries for complex accounting transactions.
- Liaises closely with other divisions of the company in regards to reporting and planning
- Reviews the financial reporting of subsidiaries and prepares variance analysis.
- Assists in research of ad-hoc accounting issues
- Prepares the Companies consolidated financial statements and related notes
- Liaises with and provides the external auditor required materials to complete annual audit and quarterly reviews.
- Quarterly financial statements and notes for Controller review.
- Accounting or Business Degree.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience working in Financial Reporting
- CPA designation
- Experience with managing multiple, tight and competing deadlines in a public company setting.
- Experience with SAP and consolidation are considered an asset.
Salary
$140000/year
