About the Job
The team is working on a hybrid schedule, going in office three days a week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee month-end and year-end close.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining internal controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Lead and mentor accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA & public accounting experience highly preferred
- Minimum 4 years of applicable experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Proficient in financial software systems and advanced Excel skills
