Ready to play a crucial role in our Legal team? We're seeking an Assistant Contracts Administrator to support our Senior Contracts Administrator in handling Ministry contracts from submission to execution. Working hand-in hand with the Procurement department and various ministry teams, you'll ensure seamless contract reviews for all K-LOVE departments. If you have a knack for accuracy, quick data entry skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this opportunity is for you!
This role is 100% on-site at our Franklin, TN facility.
Here’s just some of what you will be doing daily
- Work within K-LOVE’s contracts portal system, this role is responsible for handling specifically assigned components of the contract process, including contract review request intake processing through contract execution, request intake processing, assign contracts for internal review, prepare contracts to send to signers for electronic signatures, monitor the status of signatures, and distribute fully executed contracts to the business requesters.
- Work with a high volume of contract matters, ensure prompt and timely contract turn-around at each step of the process.
- Assist the Senior Contracts Administrator to manage and update legacy executed contracts in the contracts portal and ensure contract records are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with the Procurement Department on contractual matters and associated vendor relationships.
- Identify areas of recurrent pressure in the contracts process.
- Proactively interact and work with Team Members in varying levels within K-LOVE’s departments, assisting them with their contract inquiries by assisting in the management of the contracts throughout their lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a very specific skill set and business acumen. Here's some experience we are seeking:
- Associate’s degree in business or business administration, or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant hands-on experience in reviewing contracts, contract processing, contracts administration procurement, or similar/relevant experience.
- Knowledge of contract management systems and functions.
- Familiarity with legal and contractual terminology.
- Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Possess a communication style that can adjust to people at various levels and functions within the organization as well as externally; the ability to convey complex information in a way that is easily understood by the receiving audience.
- A collaborative and flexible style, capable of responding to urgent requests with a strong service mentality.
- Proven ability to deal with multiple, simultaneous problems in a systematic, logical manner.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all company matters; communicate with tact and good judgment within scope of position.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while remaining a team player, establishing and meeting performance/ministry goals.
