Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Construction Project Manager position include:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general or specialty contractor.
Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Teams, and Procore.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage project sequencing.
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects, including scheduling, permitting, equipment procurement, and subcontractor management.
Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure quality standards are met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Manage deliverables such as equipment commissioning, warranties, and project documentation.
Identify and resolve conflicts to avoid delays and additional costs.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
