- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including design, budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and security compliance throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections, document progress with daily reports and photos, and address any construction issues.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing project correspondence.
- Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with experience in occupied building renovations, federal projects, systems upgrades, and MEP projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and scheduling software (Primavera, Prolog, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve project challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
