Required qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year multi-family experience. Strong leasing background required. Prior leadership experience is preferred.
• High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
• Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing and marketing.
• Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
• Experience with Entrata is preferred.

Position duties:

• Assisting in interviewing, screening, and hiring of any potential employee for all departments
• Assisting in subsequent orientation training and scheduling of all office personnel
• Assisting in achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly
• Assisting in achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs
• Assisting with entering purchase orders and invoices
• Leasing of the property by ensuring all sales techniques and marketing methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
• Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always
• Having a thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods, as well as knowledge of property rental information
• Posting rent to the rent roll tracking system
• Ensuring that all resident requests or complaints are responded to in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
