What is an Assistant Community Manager?
Our Assistant Community Managers are responsible for supporting the Community/Property Manager in the management of all phases of the operation of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, maintenance, resident relations, personnel management, and general administration. We create communities that our residents are proud to call home!
In this role, you will:
- Ensure occupancy waiting lists are maintained
- Conduct routine property inspections
- Ensure resident satisfaction and establish positive relationships
- Maintain a collaborative working environment with on-site team and owner
- Maintain resident compliance with HUD eligibility requirements

What we are looking for:
- Has either:
- An Associate Degree from an accredited college technical school
- Six months related experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possesses a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and has access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Is able to effectively interact with residents and team members.
