• Bookkeeping or administrative experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field

• Able to work a Sunday - Thursday schedule (Sun: 12-5 p.m; Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.)

Great-to-haves:

• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar

• Management experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus

The compensation range for this role is $29 - $36 / hour plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
