About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations and management of their diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will work with a close-knit group where every day is different. This is for a stable, family-owned company in Downtown Fresno with their own parking. This is not your typical assistant property manager job!
Description
-Assist the Commercial Property Manager in ensuring that each property is well-maintained, profitable, and meets both tenant and owner expectations.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and issues promptly
-Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs from tenants, ensuring timely resolution
-Manage ongoing/scheduled maintenance, set up towing notices and lighting procedures
-Review invoices for the billing and authorize payments for maintenance
-Front desk duties and provide administrative support to rest of the staff
-Answer multiple phones lines
Requirements
-Experience in property management/real estate industry preferred but can be trained on it
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
-Must be service oriented and have excellent customer service skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Outlook and Excel, be able to create spreadsheets mad create reports
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
