Requirements
- Minimum of four years of office, retail, or industrial experience is required (not apartment communities.)
- Prior experience in office mid-rise, office high-rise, retail, or industrial property management accounting systems and processes.
- Yardi Voyager proficiency strongly preferred.
- Accounting knowledge and mathematical aptitude required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Basic skills in Angus & Impak Work Order systems preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team.
- Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing the occupancy of properties, as directed by the Commercial Property Manager, by corresponding with tenants, following up on past-due balances, preparing lease paperwork, and maintaining tenant and vendor insurance certificates.
- Coding and processing property management invoices for payment timely each week.
- Performing clerical duties in support of the Commercial Property Manager and the Commercial division, such as filing, faxing, copying, collating, and researching as needed.
- Developing and maintaining positive tenant relations and maintaining ethical, professional, and courteous relations with contractors and tenants.
- Producing monthly statements and aged receivables notices.
- Greeting tenants, vendors, and guests to the management office in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Addressing maintenance issues timely and professionally and assisting the Commercial Property Manager in maintaining appropriate service contracts.
- Performs any additional duties assigned by the Commercial Property Manager.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; weekends and evenings as circumstances warrant for projects such as tenant functions.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
