Assistant Clinical Director - Spectrum of Hope

About the Job
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee clinical quality and oversight for a Spectrum of Hope location including the treatment plans designed by BCBAs, the implementation of treatment plans by BT/RBTs, initial/ongoing assessments and overall progress of the clients.
- Work with Admissions team on new client intakes and appropriateness of placement, including internal client transitions
- Develop and maintain a professional culture and environment while sustaining healthy team morale
- Provide new and ongoing trainings to clinical team in order to provide the highest quality treatment programs
- Oversee and mange program/building budgets
- Active participation in Spectrum of Hope's internal review board
- Ongoing collaboration with other Clinical Directors and leaders to develop clinical policies/procedures for company use.
- Perform, other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum of a master's degree (or equivalent) in psychology, education, special education or related field and 3 years of BCBA managerial experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Current and active BCBA certification in good standing.
Current and active Texas license for behavior analysts in good standing.
