Join Our Team as an Assistant Clinical Director - Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program
About Us: We are dedicated to making a profound impact through our Specialized Therapeutic Group Home Program, supporting adolescents who have endured abuse or neglect.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering therapeutic services in a residential therapeutic group care environment.
- Documenting case management notes for non-clinical interventions.
- Fostering a cohesive therapeutic environment aligned with treatment goals and behavior management systems.
- Providing crisis counseling and necessary interventions.
- Offering leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
- Coordinating admissions, tracking referrals, and managing discharges in designated databases.
- Conducting group and individual therapy sessions, focusing on treatment plan objectives.
- Completing required clinical documentation such as Bio-psychosocial assessments, Treatment Plans, and Risk Assessments in compliance with Medicaid and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social services; licensure required (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW).
- RCSWI and RMHCI encouraged to apply if expected to be licensed imminently.
- Minimum 2 years' experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- National Provider Identification Number (NPI); State of Florida Medicaid provider number preferred.
