Massage Envy located at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, Connecticut is adding a new role to best support it's team of massage therapists, estheticians and administrative staff. The Assistant Clinic Manager as an exempt position will report to the Clinic's General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the skin and body care service departments. The role will be tasked with developing a team of leads who will coach and mentor service providers to increase therapeutic outcomes, client satisfaction scores and business results. The Assistant Clinic Manager will ensure all employees consistently abide by Massage Envy's strict Standards of Practice and code of conduct, addressing and rewarding staff behavior.

Qualified Candidates:
- An experienced licensed service provider who has led/mentored other therapists.
- Has a passion for training and developing others.
- Have human resources, psychology, management and/or sales experience.
- Are natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Day-to-Day:
- We continue to grow the clinci's client base which leads to the need to always screen and interview qualified candidates to add to the therapy schedule.
- Handle staffing needs: schedule changes and requests, review appointment book for schedule adjustments needed.
- Inspect service providers in action with clients to identify best practices to celebrate and any approaches that need coaching.
- Direct and manage all operational aspects of the therapy areas, assigning daily goals out to the team to drive service enhancements and appointment rebooking.
- Be available to be management coverage for the clinic in the absence of other leaders.
- Other duties include managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all policies, etc.

- Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment
- Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly
