Position Summary:
With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to assist in leading our dynamic team in Chicago (Halsted), IL. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will work one-on-one with clients to deliver exceptional consultation experiences, helping them create their dream treatment packages and explore tailored financing options. In partnership with the Clinic Manager, you will drive sales KPI performance, oversee daily clinic operations, and ensure a world-class client experience.
Additionally, this role will take the lead in managing the team and operations whenever the Clinic Manager is absent, ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Lead consultations with clients to uncover their needs and deliver personalized recommendations
- Present and negotiate financing solutions to help clients achieve their goals
- Promote upsells and additional services to current clients
- Engage with clients to maximize satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Model a passion for delivering exceptional service and uphold Milan's high standards of professionalism
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and client communication
- Maintain and update client records and facilitate client reviews
- Support medical staff by ensuring treatment rooms are well-maintained
- Perform opening and closing duties and process client financial transactions
- Lead the team in day-to-day operations in the absence of the Clinic Manager
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g, GED) required
- Experience in a commission driven environment driving world class experiences for every client preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Ability to work independently required
- Works well in a team environment required
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
- Ability to use a computer and sales software required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings, or as the business requires
