Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Service Manager in managing client relationships and resolving issues.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate communication between clients and real estate agents to ensure seamless transactions.
- Help in preparing property presentations and marketing materials for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling property showings and open houses for clients.
- Make successful connections between consumers and real estate professionals to move the business forward, increase operational efficiency, and break records
- Provide support in onboarding new clients and educating them about our services.
- Other duties maybe assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
