What You'll Do:

• Lead a team in delivering exciting, inclusive programming—think arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational activities.
• Be the go-to person for staff questions, offering guidance and support.
• Take charge of organizing classroom activities, ensuring setup and cleanup go smoothly for a safe, engaging experience.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and district staff to keep the program running smoothly, following established safety guidelines.
• Build positive connections with students, parents, and school staff, creating a welcoming environment for all.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $22.30/hour
• Schedule: Full-time split shift on school days (6:30-9:30am and 1:00-6:00pm) with straight shifts on non-school days and during summer.

Who You Are:

• You hold a B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood Education (or a related field) or possess relevant certification/licensure.
• You're a natural leader who can guide a team with limited supervision.
