Qualifications:
We are looking for applicants with customer facing experience with a positive attitude and team building skills. It does not necessarily have to be in the Math or education space. This position
requires more soft skills such as communicating with kids, parents and instructor staff; follow up with customers, making sure we understand their goals about their kids' math education. Being persistent and thorough in all work processes.
Some other qualifications include:
- Passion for working with kids of all ages
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
All applicants will be required to provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Assistant Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
- Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery if needed, using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
