Qualifications for Assistant Center Manager:
We are looking for applicants with customer facing experience with a positive attitude and team building skills. This position requires more soft skills such as communicating with kids, parents and instructor staff; follow up with customers, making sure we understand their goals about their kids' math education. Being persistent and thorough in all work processes.
Some other qualifications include:
- Passion for working with kids of all ages
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Prefer proficiency in Math up to Algebra 1
- Proficiency in computer skills

Job Responsibilities:
- The Asst. Center Manager supports the Assistant Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
- Lead and coach team members / instructors to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
- Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery if needed, using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
