Assistant Card Services Manager

Town & Country was one of the first Maine based institutions to offer contactless cards, apple and android pay, and wearable payment technology.
Function and Responsibilities
Assist the Card Services Manager with the direction and coordination of department activities to meet established goals for service, sales, productivity, and quality of work. Supports, trains, and assists Card Services staff with daily operations and service quality. Issue, block, and renew credit cards and debit cards. Collaborates with staff and other departments to resolve escalated card issues.
Education & Experience
(1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program. Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Good listening and telephone skills, sales and relationship building experience, and the ability to work well within a team are essential.
