Job Responsibilities for the Entry Level Accounting Clerk:
- Assist with purchase order requests
- Review inventory counts and update master excel spreadsheets on inventory counts
- Follow up with vendors on billing questions
- Create Weekly/monthly reports inventory and vendor reports
- Data entry
Job Requirements:

- 1+ years data entry/accounting experience, open to recent accounting, business, finance graduates
- Must have Intermediate Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Ability to answer/administer phone calls and emails with vendors, maintaining professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid data entry skills
- Prior procurement experience would be a huge plus!
