Assistant Business Office Manager Full-time Monday – Friday Day Shift

Bedrock Care is currently seeking a knowledgeable AssistantBusiness Office Manager with accounting experience for our Skilled Long-term Care facility.
Assistant Business Office Manager Key Duties:
- Assist with collecting documentation for Medicaid applicants.
- Meet the residents and families to discuss financial obligations.
- Assist with the insurance authorization process.
- Partner with Admissions to ensure agreements are executed.
- Ability to follow professional standards, policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and DOH standards.
- Maintain HIPPA privacy, security, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of college. Accounting degree preferred.
- 2 years of business office or accounting experience required.
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Medical Assistance.
- Two years of business office experience working in a Skilled Nursing facility or healthcare field preferred.
- Computer experience required.
