The Gardens at West Shore, a leading skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility's business office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee supply requisitions, approvals, and orders in compliance with company policies.
- Manage billing processes, monitor accounts receivable, and escalate delinquent accounts to the Administrator or Director of Finance.
- Assist in developing and implementing improvements to the accounting system.
- Support accounting and billing tasks as needed, ensuring all functions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of business office and/or accounting experience (preferably in long-term care accounts receivable).
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing processes.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
