Missile Body Operations \(MBO\) Group is seeking a Fleet Ballistic Missile \(FBM\) Assistant Building Group Lead \(ABGL\) at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific \(SWFPAC\) in Silverdale, Washington\. The ABGL will assist the Building Group Lead for Fleet Ballistic Missile production guiding a group of represented, non\-exempt employees\. This position provides safety and security oversight operations conducted at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific \(SWFPAC\)\. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: \- Supervision of the hourly team\. \- Workload analysis, prioritization, planning, assignment and implementation; coordination of operational requirements with various organizations\. \-\- Ensuring production quality standards are met or exceeded\. \- Preparation of production reports\. \- Provision of technical on\-the\-job training\. **Basic Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education\. Must be a US Citizen \(cannot be a dual citizen\)\. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, Interim clearance required prior to start\. **Desired Skills:** Effective interpersonal communication and team building skills\. Experience with management of classified documentation\. Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective working relationships\. Promotes change from an optimistic point of view\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $47,800 \- $91,500\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
