RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Assistant Branch Manager include, but are not limited to:

Operations Management

• Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

• Motivate and guide the team to meet performance goals
• Conduct staff meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback

• Prepare reports on branch performance
• Ensure the branch adheres to all company standards

• Prepare and manage budgets
• Analyze financial data to forecast operational needs

• Resolve operational promptly and efficiently
• Assist the Branch Manager in making informed decisions regarding branch opertaions

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operation management or related field
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead collaborative initiatives.
• Self-motivated, organized and results-driven

• Familiarity with CRM software and lead-generation tools

• Strong background/understanding of the branch operations and logistics.
• Basic understanding of the company’s industry and target markets
• HVAC industry knowledge
