Assistant Bookkeeper - GotWorx Staffing

GotWorX is looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper in the North Miami area that will support the following. 

Job Summary 

Assist with new client setup.

Assist clients in setting up an online portal for processing payments.

Submit documentation on credit card disputes.

Provide collection agencies with proof of debt.

Assist with incoming calls.

Filling.

Assist AP

Assist with T-Force

Follow up on disputes.

Make phone calls to obtain payments such as wire info, correct addresses.

Allocate invoice to corresponding sage entry.

Assist Controller

Post general Ledger entries for payroll.

Renew business certificates.

Facilitate COI request.

Complete vendor creditors applications.

Experience

· Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

· Looking for someone that can assist with various tasks in AP, AR and with the controller posting in ledger and contacting clients.
