We are seeking an Assistant Asset Manager interested in working for a growing and dynamic firm. This is a unique position that combines building management and assisting the Director of Asset Management. This is a great role for a seasoned property manager looking to grow within asset management and the real estate industry.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience
- Eligible for year-end and performance bonuses

About you:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seasoned (5+ years) property manager or real estate administration; strong administrative experience is a plus
- Experience in stabilizing distressed assets; experience taking over unstabilized portfolios and/or receiverships; knowledge of buildings in bankruptcies is a plus
- Strong operational mind: ability to create, implement, and maintain processes for all facets of property management: collections, leasing, maintenance, and property reporting
- Excellent communicator; able to collaborate with colleagues professionally and compassionately, direct reports, vendors, and residents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and RentCafe a major plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus

- Building Management:
- Clear Investment Group manages the 23-floor commercial building our office is located in
- The Assistant Asset Manager is responsible for answering tenant questions, managing the delegation of work orders, coordinate move in and move out and oversee building operations
- Work with building maintenance manager on coordination of various building and construction projects
- Monitor the collection of rents and follow up with tenants who are delinquent on payments
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the Director of Asset Management with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to real estate assets.
- Assist Regional Managers with projects as needed
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Aid in the preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate assets.
- Collaborate with the Director of Asset Management to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between the Asset Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Coordinate with various departments, including property management and finance, to facilitate seamless operations.
- Asset Documentation and Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for each real estate asset.
- Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with the legal team if necessary.
- Tenant Relations:
- Support in managing tenant relations, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with property management teams to resolve issues.
- Facilitate communication between tenants and relevant departments.
