Join a team of dedicated insurance professionals at a reputable insurance brokerage located in La Mesa, California. We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager Assistant to support our account management team, assisting two seasoned producers in servicing and marketing commercial accounts.
Compensation and Perks:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:
- Account Support: Assist in managing an assigned book of commercial accounts.
- Client Service: Aid in servicing accounts and maintaining relationships with existing clientele.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with two producers on client interactions, negotiations, technical analysis, and program design.
- Marketing and Renewals: Support the marketing of new and renewal accounts, participate in discussions, and help create renewal strategies with producers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in supporting commercial insurance account management preferred.
- Licensing: California Property & Casualty license required.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied EPIC agency management system is advantageous.
