Role Overview:
The Assistant Account Manager will provide vital support to the Account Management team by handling administrative tasks, assisting with customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers: Assist with managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing questions and concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to support account activities and meet client needs.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries for Account Managers to monitor account performance and sales targets.
- Sales Support: Assist with identifying potential leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on client communications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or account management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
