The Assistant Account Executive serves as liaison between client and creative teams as well as supports client contact/communication. The Assistant Account Executive ensures flawless execution of project work and owns delegated projects. This person manages account finances, manages client and creative team expectations, and maintains knowledge of industry trends.
Core Accountabilities
- Provides direction to creative and production via standard forms (job starts, change orders, mechanical work orders) and communication
- Maintains knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative and print/digital production
- Plays an active role in developing/maintaining client relationships
- Works to understand the objectives our clients are working towards in order to make sure our programs are answering key needs
- Develops, manages and executes client programs including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Preparation of and leading brainstorms
- Written communications (change orders, conference reports, client communication, etc.)
- Timeline and budget development/maintenance
- Vendor meetings and management
- On-time delivery of materials and meeting in-market dates
- Supports Senior Account Executive or Account Director in development/application of objectives, strategies, background and competitive activity
- Participates in deck development and client presentations
- Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices)
- Effectively communicates digital deliverables, strategy and tactics

Requirements
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Education: Four-Year Degree (preferred but not required)
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
