You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.

As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables.
You are expected to leverage PwC's exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with industry insights, to solve clients' needs.Responsibilities- Supervise and develop team members to achieve exceptional deliverables- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams- Independently solve and analyze complex problems- Utilize PwC's technical knowledge and industry insights to address client needs- Drive digitization, automation, and efficiency improvements- Coach teams to enhance their skills and performance- Oversee successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovationWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting- 4 years of experience- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunityWhat Sets You Apart- Thorough knowledge of compliance and consulting for financial partnerships- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability- In-depth tax technical skills in partnership tax forms- Experience identifying and addressing client needs- Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships- Success as tax technical business advisor- Familiarity with CRM systems- Knowledge of automation and digitization in professional services- Experience with alternative fee arrangements and pricing strategiesTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateLearn more about how we work:
